Meet hans volk

Hans is passionate about real estate. He has been since he lived in Sydney in the 1970's and brought that passion to the US when he married. If you ask anyone who has worked with Hans , they will tell you he is the perfect blend of skills, knowledge, and persistence to get your real estate deal closed; and that he consistently exceeds expectations. His negotiation skills, responsiveness to client's needs were honed in his 30+ years in international sales and marketing. Hans brought those skills and his passion to BHHS Chicago and combined with his local knowledge, values like honesty, integrity, and kindness combine for a real estate buyer or seller to be confident of their choice of Hans as "the whole package". Hans lives in DuPage County with his wife and their Wheaten Terrier therapy dog, Carly. He is an exceptional chef for his family and he enjoys watching Premier League Soccer, the Bears, and mysteries. He is a life long tennis player but is now learning how to play pickleball.
